 From April 26. 2011. BIGA GROUP Ltd .. introduced a new software system in all its processes for monitoring and testing of materials and the selection of optimal technical solutions with all the analysis, plans and technical capabilities.
Implementing this solution the characteristics and properties of basic and additional materials with all laboratory analysis and simulations are obtained.
“Catia” is a world-recognized program, and is used by leaders in the aerospace and auto industry for design, analysis, simulation, planning future states, and NC programming.

In 2010, 2 teams from the BIGA GROUP repaired and serviced 98 boilers and have built 3 brand new boilers using state-of-the-art equipment, and the most significant world certificates in the industrial, shipping and off-shore program. In 2011, we introduced fourth response team specialised in boiler, heat exchanger and cooler servicing.

BIGA GROUP assists you in maintaining underwater components clean and in working order. We have employed state of the art hydraulic technology and tooling for cleaning propellers, radar and sea water intakes. Polishing discs and brushes have been specially designed for cleaning difficult areas and components. Various flexible abrasive heads adapt to the structure of the propeller to reach all required areas for optimal results.

Due to the successful outcome of our presence in the 2010, also in 2011 we are exhibiting on shipping and ship outfit exhibitions.
In 2011. we are exhibiting at the fair „NOR-SHIPPING“ in Oslo (NOR)from 24th-27th May 2011., and at „NEVA“ fair in Saint Petersburg (RUS), from 20th-23rd September 2011.

Fourth nuclear reactor cooler delivered After successful repair of the third nuclear reactor cooler in 2010, in June 2011, BIGA GROUP has completed and delivered the fourth one.
A nuclear reactor cooler is used for cooling the reactor core and reduces the temperature from 1.300°C to 450°C around the reactor.
